Intentional wedding floral designShaped around how you want the day to feel
Butterfly’s Rest creates refined, seasonal wedding florals with natural movement, thoughtful restraint, and a soft editorial sensibility. From bridal bouquets and intimate gatherings to immersive ceremony and reception installations, every floral environment is composed around your venue, season, priorities, and the atmosphere you want your celebration to hold.
THE STORY BEYOND THE FLOWERSEvery celebration tells a different story
The people. The relationships. The moments that matter most.
Beautiful flowers are only the beginning. The most meaningful design begins with understanding what matters to you and how you want the celebration to be remembered.
Be seen
Your ideas, priorities, and personal references are welcomed. We listen for what matters beneath the inspiration images so the final design feels connected to you — not copied from someone else’s celebration.
Feel guided
You do not need to orchestrate every floral decision. We translate your preferences into a cohesive direction, make considered recommendations, and manage the details required to carry it through.
Be present
With the design, sourcing, production, delivery, installation, styling, and breakdown in capable hands, you can experience the day rather than manage it.
who we deisgn forFor couples who value artistry and trust
Butterfly’s Rest is best suited to couples who want their wedding flowers to feel personal, expressive, and connected — not copied from a template.
Our clients are drawn to refined compositions with natural movement, seasonal flowers selected for character and quality, sculptural floral moments, and a cohesive direction carried throughout the celebration. You are welcome to bring colors, references, and ideas. We interpret them through the season, venue, and our design perspective to create something distinctly yours.

WONDERING WHERE YOUR VISION MAY FALL?Explore your preliminary floral investment
Use our wedding flower cost estimator to explore a starting range based on your guest count, floral coverage, installations, and the level of production your celebration may require.
It is an early planning guide rather than a quote. A personalized proposal is created after we understand your venue, priorities, quantities, design direction, and logistics.
HOW IT WORKSFrom first conversation to final placement
Every stage is handled with clarity so the process feels collaborative without becoming overwhelming.
Inquiry & Alignment
Share your date, venue, approximate guest count, priorities, and the atmosphere you envision. We review the scope, confirm alignment and availability, and invite you to a consultation.
Design Conversation
We explore the setting, personal references, color direction, floral priorities, and how you want the celebration to feel. You do not need to arrive knowing the names of flowers or every detail.
Floral Proposal
You receive a tailored proposal outlining the creative direction, floral scope, selected services, and estimated investment.
Refinement & Planning
After booking, we refine the design, coordinate with your planner and venue, confirm logistics, and make considered adjustments as the celebration takes shape.
Wedding-Day Production
Our team prepares, delivers, installs, and styles the flowers according to your service level. Full-Service celebrations also include coordinated breakdown.
-
Full-Service Floral Design begins at $5,000. Simplified-Service Wedding Florals begin at $2,500. Elopement and courthouse wedding packages begin at $320. Final investment depends on floral scope, quantities, installation requirements, venue access, rentals, travel, and on-site production.
-
We recommend inquiring after your venue is secured, particularly for peak-season dates. Full-Service weddings are often reserved several months in advance, although shorter timelines may be possible depending on availability and scope.
-
That is completely normal. You can bring colors, imagery, priorities, or simply a feeling. We guide the process and translate those references into a cohesive floral direction appropriate to your setting and season.
-
Flower preferences are welcomed and thoughtfully considered. Because availability changes with season, weather, and market conditions, individual varieties cannot be guaranteed. We preserve the intended palette, movement, mood, and level of composition through considered substitutions when needed.
-
Full-Service weddings include delivery, installation, styling, and breakdown. Simplified-Service may include pickup, delivery, or limited placement depending on the scope. Exact logistics are outlined in your proposal.
-
Yes. We are based in Seattle and serve weddings throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond when the scope and production needs are a good fit.
-
Your date is reserved after the floral agreement is signed and the required retainer is received. An inquiry, consultation, or proposal alone does not hold the date.
