By placing an order with Butterfly’s Rest Floral Design Studio, you agree to the following terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

General

All floral work is seasonal, made to order, and created in our signature style. As flowers are living products, natural variation in color, shape, and composition is to be expected. We may photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Design Approach & Seasonal Availability

All arrangements are guided by seasonality and availability. While general color direction is welcomed, specific flower varieties are not guaranteed. Substitutions may be made as needed to maintain quality, longevity, and overall cohesion. The studio retains full design discretion to ensure a refined and cohesive result.

Perishable Goods

Flowers are perishable and time-sensitive. Longevity varies based on environment and care after pickup or delivery. We are not responsible for damage due to environmental conditions, improper handling, or delayed pickup.

Orders, Pickup & Delivery

Orders are considered final within 24 hours of the scheduled fulfillment date. Requests for changes or cancellations must be made before this window. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery details. Orders not collected on the scheduled pickup date are non-refundable. Responsibility transfers upon pickup or confirmed delivery.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are ongoing unless paused or canceled by the customer. Changes must be made prior to the next billing cycle.Once an order has entered design or delivery preparation, it cannot be refunded.

Weddings, Events & A La Carte Orders

Wedding, event, and a la carte florals are custom in nature and non-refundable. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee booking or date reservation. Floral design is guided by your overall vision, with final selections and compositions shaped by the studio. Changes are limited once planning and sourcing begin. Additional costs may apply for approved adjustments. Full terms for events are outlined in the signed floral agreement.

Rentals & Event Items

Rental items (including vases, bud vases, and other vessels) must be returned clean and in original condition. Replacement or cleaning fees may apply for items that are damaged, missing, or returned in poor condition.

Returns & Store Credit

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Store credit may be issued at the studio’s discretion where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, floral designs, text, and branding, is the property of Butterfly’s Rest unless otherwise credited. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Butterfly’s Rest is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, supply conditions, or recipient availability at delivery.
