Ordering Cutoff

Orders must be placed by 10 AM PT for same-day pickup or delivery, when available.

Studio Pickup

Pickup is available during studio hours. A preferred pickup time may be selected at checkout.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within select neighborhoods, determined by zip code.

Delivery Details

Delivery fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated by distance and displayed at checkout

  • Subscription deliveries are a flat $10 each

  • Additional fees may apply for orders requiring multiple delivery trips or unusually complex venue access.

Delivery Timing

  • Retail deliveries are completed between 11 AM–6 PM on the scheduled date. If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe location or with a neighbor when appropriate.

  • Event floral deliveries are scheduled based on the event timeline and selected delivery window. A designated recipient must be present to accept the order at the time of delivery.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Please verify all delivery information before checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or recipient unavailability.

  • Responsibility transfers upon completed delivery.
