Delivery Details

When should I order?

Ordering one to three days in advance is recommended. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed by 10 AM Pacific Time, depending on inventory, destination, and production capacity.

What if the recipient is not home?

When conditions allow, flowers may be left in a safe, shaded location protected from weather and direct sunlight. If safe delivery is not possible, we may contact the purchaser or recipient to coordinate next steps.

Sending to a hospital, hotel, office, or apartment?

Include the recipient’s full name, room or unit number, business name, access instructions, and a working phone number. Building policies and front-desk procedures may affect where the order can be left.

Is an address outside the listed area eligible?

For weddings, events, larger orders, and special projects, travel beyond the everyday delivery radius may be possible. Contact the studio with the date, location, and scope.
