  • Butterfly's Rest proudly partners with Lotte Hotel Seattle and offers floral experiences at select hotels throughout Seattle. We currently serve hotels in ZIP codes 98101, 98104, 98109, and 98121.

  • We'll coordinate directly with your hotel to arrange delivery and, where permitted, in-room setup. All setups are subject to hotel policies, approval, and room access. If your hotel cannot accommodate the requested experience, we'll contact you to discuss available options.

  • Please place your order at least 48 hours before your requested delivery or setup date. For last-minute requests, kindly contact us to confirm availability before ordering.

  • All orders are placed and paid for directly through Butterfly's Rest at checkout. Payment includes your selected floral experience, applicable taxes, and any delivery fees. We'll coordinate with your hotel separately, so there's no need to arrange payment through the hotel.

  • Our floral arrangements are designer's choice, thoughtfully composed with seasonal blooms in Butterfly's Rest's signature style. You're welcome to share preferences, which we'll consider whenever possible, though specific flowers and colors cannot be guaranteed.

  • Absolutely! You can add a floral arrangement to your Rose Petal Experience or include white rose petals with your floral arrangement. Both will be coordinated for the same hotel stay.

  • Yes! For proposals, anniversaries, and milestone celebrations, we offer bespoke in-room floral installations tailored to your vision. Please submit an inquiry through our Bespoke Floral Installations page to begin planning.
