We select flowers on your behalf based on what is freshest and most beautiful that week. This allows us to create arrangements that feel natural, balanced, and aligned with the season.
Preferences are always welcomed and thoughtfully considered. However, specific blooms cannot be guaranteed due to seasonality and availability.
No. Each arrangement is unique. Photos represent overall style, palette, and scale rather than exact flowers.

Yes. You may include a message at checkout, and we will include a handwritten card with your order.
We source seasonally and design to order, allowing us to use flowers at their peak. This results in better longevity and overall quality.
Most arrangements last approximately 4–7 days, depending on the flowers used and how they are cared for.

If something doesn’t feel right, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We approach each situation thoughtfully and will work with you to make it right where appropriate.

Pickup & Local Delivery

Details about ordering timelines, delivery areas, pickup windows, and how we ensure your flowers arrive beautifully.

For everyday flowers, ordering 1–3 days in advance is recommended to ensure availability and the best selection of seasonal blooms. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 10 AM Pacific Time, subject to availability.
For holidays like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we recommend preordering at least one week in advance, as quantities are limited and often sell out.
For weddings and events, we typically book several months in advance to allow time for a thoughtful, customized design process and to secure your date.
Yes. Same-day orders must be placed online by 10 AM Pacific Time. Availability may be limited during peak periods.
We deliver within select Greater Seattle neighborhoods based on zip code.

Pickup is available during business hours, typically between 11AM–6PM.
Flowers may be left in a safe, shaded location when appropriate.
Yes. We recommend selecting a delivery address where the recipient is likely to be available. If no one is available to receive the flowers, flowers may be safely left when possible.
Yes. Every gift order includes a complimentary message card. You may include your message during checkout, and we will handwrite it to accompany the arrangement.
Orders may be modified or canceled before they enter the design process. Once preparation begins, changes are limited.

Most Bloom Bars are scheduled for 3 guest-facing hours. We take into account guest count and event flow and help coordinate timing so the experience integrates smoothly with the overall celebration.

A private floral experience is a reserved studio setting designed around a specific moment. The space is styled with florals and guided design direction, allowing you to arrive and experience a fully composed environment without needing to coordinate details.
