Ordering Details

  • Orders placed before 10AM Pacific Time are eligible for same-day pickup or local delivery.

  • Choose your requested pickup or delivery date during checkout.

  • Studio hours are Tuesday–Friday, 10AM–6PM. Orders requested outside studio hours or on days the studio is closed will be scheduled for the nearest available fulfillment date.

  • Pickup orders are typically ready within 2–4 hours during studio hours. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready.

  • Local deliveries typically arrive between 10AM–6PM, depending on route planning and traffic conditions.

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery ZIP code.

Flower Care

Upon receiving your arrangement, top off the vase with fresh water.

Place it where it can be enjoyed and appreciate the arrangement as designed.

For best longevity:

  • Check the water level daily

  • Refresh water regularly

  • Remove spent blooms as they naturally fade

  • Keep flowers away from heat and direct sunlight
